Clover: I've actually been letting mommy pick me up lately without making a huge fuss. I usually squeal bloody murder when she tries to pick me up. But lately, not only have I been letting her pick me up, but I've been cuddling too. I don't know what's wrong with me either. I must be going senile.

Candie: I always let mommy pick me up. I know that I'm going to get petted and cuddled when I get picked up. Besides, it gets me away from Clover for a little while. She's been bossing me around a lot lately =( I usually just take it.

Candie: It's our turn to get our cage cleaned today. Mommy cleaned all the nasty boy's cages yesterday. So today we get our nice neat cage cleaned :)

Clover: She's going to check our nails though..She checkec (and clipped) everybody else's yesterday. I hate that! I squeal murder when she does that!

Candie: You squeak all the time anyway..

Clover: Mommy wants to get another piggie. I don't know where she expects to keep it..there's no more room here.

Candie: I'm going to be really nice to mommy, so maybe she'll forget that my nails probably need clipping! I need my nails to scratch Clover..she's been picking on me all day!

I'm waiting for mommy to clean our cage. Candie makes too much of a mess. I miss Doom :(

Mommy didn't fill up our hay bin last night. Hmph. I'm still waiting for our pretty hay bin. Mommy says she hasn't been to the store that sells them yet. I don't buy that though. Mommy is gone so much, she must be at a store once and awhile! At least she still buys our veggies for us. I loooove getting breakfast! Mommy was in a hurry this morning, so she just gave us our bowls and left for work. Hmph.

Our Christmas breakfast was good though. All my favorites! Watermelon was missing though. But mommy couldn't find any good watermelon. Apple is good too though.

I'm gonna go sit in my food bowl and wait for mommy to clean our cage.

Clover: Mommy finally filled up our pellet bin. Stupid Candie ate all the pellets while I was napping. She's so bad.

Candie: I had to eat all the pellets because I never get any breakfast in the morning. Somepiggie blocks the whole food bowl, or sits on top of everything so I can't get any!

Clover: I wonder who that could be...

Candie: Doomy already saw these sexy pictures of us, but I thought we'd post them in our journal so that everybody can see us :D

Clover: Candie knocked one of our water bottles off the side of the cage, so now we only have one. It was MY water bottle too. So now we're stuck with her crappy one, which is now my water bottle.

Candie: If it's your water bottle, then it's my hay bin! You can't guard both at once! And hay is much more yummy than water! Besides, mommy bought another bottle today, she just has to wash it out.

Clover: Mommy fixed the old pellet bin last night! The one that

angeldove sent for Milo. So now we have a pellet bin too :) Mommy filled it right up to the top. Candie isn't allowed near it though, or she might break it too!

Candie: We got our new cage on the weekend!!! It's so great! We have bars now!
Clover: Mommy gave us a hay bin, and we have TWO water bottles now instead of one! We've both claimed one as our's. We don't have a pellet bin yet, but mommy says when she sees some in the store, we're going to get us one, and one for

Candie: Clover & I have been having a lot of disagreements lately. I get mad when she tries to drink out of my water bottle, and she gets mad when I try to eat something. Mommy just claps her hands & we pretend to get along until mommy leaves again.
Clover: If Candie would stop hogging all the food, I wouldn't have a problem with her!

We might be getting our new cage tomorrow. Mommy wants to see how much her pay check is going to be, but we both know she's going to buy it for us anyway. Mommy is so good to us :) Like this morning when she gave us some apple as a treat. We got red pepper too. Yummy! I love when we get yummy breakfasts. Clover & I eat everything though. We aren't picky like other pigs here (COLBY!!) We never used to get breakfast at our old house, so every breakfast we get is good :)

We're still waiting for our new cage. Mommy said that if her ISP check hasn't come by next week, that she'll buy us a new cage from her pay check, if she can afford it. So I'm waiting patiently. I can't wait to have a hanging hay bin, and maybe even a pellet bin! Mommy took our litter box out of our cage. The only thing we used it for was chewing on, so the edges were all rough & mommy was worried that we might hurt ourselves on it. So we don't have a litter box anymore. That's ok with me. I never did anything in it anyway. Isn't that what the rest of our cage is for?

Mommy just finished cleaning our cage a little while ago. We have some good news. If mommy ever gets this check her ISP (whatever that means? I'm a Slave for Pigs? Who knows.), we'll be getting a new cage :D They're on sale at the pet store, so mommy is going to get us one. I'm so happy! We'll get a hay hanger & a pellet bin & our cage won't stink so bad! I can't wait :D So hopefully she gets this "check" soon.

Clover: Poor mommy. She's been gone almost all week. She comes home & she's very tired. So I try to be a good little girl & not bother her. Except when she doesn't fill up our hay bowl, then I get noisy.
Candie: At least she found time to clean our cage a couple days ago. She said she should have been sleeping, but stayed up later to clean cages. Isn't mommy so nice?
Clover: Mommy gave us brussel sprouts this morning :D

Candie: Mommy cleaned our cage last night :) And she cleaned it first so that we didn't have to smell the stinky boy stuff on the blanket. See, when mommy cleans us, she puts us under our cage bars on a blanket on her bed. She cleans up any messes we make.
Clover: Mommy brushed me last night. I have a bit longer fur, so I was shedding like crazy. I'm not used to being held though. Nobody ever picked me up at my old house, so I don't like being picked up now. Mommy's patient with me though :)
Candie: Mommy said something about clipping our nails this weekend. Ugh. I hate that. The only good thing about getting my nails clipped is that I get yummy goodies after (if I'm a good piggie. But I get them even if I'm not) hehe.

Candie: Mommy gave us a new thing to put our hay in. It used to be Milo's old pellet thing, but he broke it. So it just sits in the corner, and we daintily munch on hay out of it.
Clover: We're good little girls, not like Milo. He moved out of the basement. hehe. Mommy took us out to clean our cage yesterday, and she was checking out my fur, and Candie's fur, and she said there's nothing wrong with us.
Candie: Mommy's glad about that. If there was something wrong with all 6 of us, mommy would have a freak out. That would be a very expensive trip to the vet.
Clover: Yeah, but it made mommy realize she can't afford a bunny right now :D

Candie: Mommy didn't give us any hay before she left this morning.
Clover: But she did give us some when she got home. She muttered something about not having any time in the mornings anymore.
Candie: At least we got breakfast before she left :) We'd never let her forget to give us breakfast. hehe. As soon as we hear mommy upstairs, we all go nuts!
Clover: That's because we get such nummy breakfasts :) Like this morning, we got red pepper, some cilantro & watermelon. YUM!!!
Candie: And if mommy isn't too lazy tonight, we even get our cage cleaned :D

Candie: Mommy gave us Carefresh in our cage today :) We like that much better than pine. Mommy is so silly sometimes. She was petting my head today, and I kept pushing her hand away. And she thought this was "funny" (I dunno what was funny about it)
Clover: We got some watermelon as a treat this morning :) I think it's because we're such good little girls, and I've been using the litter box lately. It's umm..all Candie's mess in the cage. Really.
Candie: Anyways..mommy bought some more lettuce yesterday! She got romaine instead of green, because it's cheaper, and bigger. So I guess when you have 6 piggies, that's better. We don't mind anyway :) Any lettuce is good lettuce. I'm making myself hungry. How many more hours until breakfast..?

Clover: Mommy needs to fill up our water bottle..It's 3/4 empty. Or something. She better do it before she goes to work!
Candie: She DID give us our veggies this morning, and gave us fresh hay. So we can't complain too much.
Clover: We got our cage cleaned yesterday too :) I don't know what mommy was thinking, but she put PINE shavings in our cage. The pine shavings are for the hamsters. Silly mommy. But we get our cage cleaned again tomorrow, so she'll put Carefresh in tomorrow :)
Candie: Mommy goes veggie shopping tomorrow. *wheeek!* I hope she buys more lettuce. I love that stuff!!
Clover: I'm going back to sleep in the litter box now :D

Candie: Mommy thought that a picture would explain our stupid cage better. This is what our cage looks like.

Clover: Mommy doesn't like it though. It's all plastic on the sides. We have a litter box, that's the only difference.

Candie: Anyways, I dove right into my green pepper this morning!! I love that stuff! Clover tried to steal it from me, even though there was 2 pieces in the bowl!!

Clover: That piece was bigger!!

Candie: Yeah, that's why I took it!!

Candie: Yummy! We got apple this morning! Mommy decided it was time for us to have a little treat :D We don't get fruit very often. Only a couple times a week.

Clover: We like our veggies just fine though :D It's soo much better getting lots of veggies here, instead of lettuce only at our old house. Now mommy never has to see our old owners again. And she doesn't have to give them money for us! They wanted mommy to give them $80 for us, and our cage.

Candie: Mommy wasn't going to give them any money anyway. Mommy did them a FAVOR by taking us. Our cage isn't in that great of shape either. It's all stained at the bottom, like our old mommy only cleaned it once a month. Mommy cleans it twice a week now!

Clover: And mommy had to fix a bunch of stuff in our cage too. So she wasn't planning on giving them anything, since she had to do so much work to get us healthy again.

Clover: We made mommy giggle this morning :) When she came down with all our bowls of veggies (mommy has skills, she carries 5 big bowls, and 2 little ones by HERSELF!!), we were squeaking & hopping & popcorning all over the cage. Mommy's never seen us so excited about breakfast. I guess we knew there was parsley :D

Candie: Mommy wants to get us a new cage. When she adopted us, we came with the Zoo Zone cage, and mommy doesn't like that cage. But she can't afford another cage for us right now. She still wants to get one for

tobey_piggie. So we can wait :) Breakfast was so yummy this morning!! We had cabbage! We love cabbage!!

Candie: We found out today that we like tomatoes :D We like everything though. Mommy's never given us ANYTHING that we haven't eaten. We're such good little girls :)

Clover: Yeah, we're not picky like Colby. He hardly eats anything that mommy gives him.

Candie: Mommy checked out my ears again, and the fur is growing back there. So she's not sure if Clover just gave me a strange haircut, or if my fur was coming out. But mommy says that we're getting healthier every day :) That's because she takes such good care of us!!
